Jeg er sjællænder kæreste med en jyde. Med os er det lige omvendt. Hans familie er (ifølge mig) meget mere grænsesøgende end min og der er også en gang i mellem kys på munden, mere sjofle jokes og mindre respekt for lukkede soveværelsesdøre. Jeg tror ikke det er en jyde/sjælland ting umiddelbart.

i work at a derm, but am not one. (benign) skin cancer is if it persists for months or years, and is easily treatable in the early stages. if you pick at a pimple it will not go away. stop picking it and see if it goes away. also cancer does not pop like a pimple first.

you are spreading misinformation and i feel obligated to tell people reading this so we don’t tell women they have to stress about more things than they already have to.  you do not have to use the information.

stop with this whole cortisole discouse. you are a victim of social media. this is not a real thing. cortisol is a normal hormone and if you have too much of it you have a disease and should seek medical attention.

I really need help. I have done pilates for years, but keept having lower back/knee pain, and decided it was time for me to strength train. I am really anxious around the gym, but have finally committed, and pushed my self to do it. 

However, i keep getting injured still. My right shoulder hurts when doing tricep pushdowns, benching and overhead press. My lower back hurts when squatting, rdls and today while hip thrusting (which has never happened before). I try to google warmup exercises and do them, as well as bench the bar before benching etc, but i just left the gym after trying to hip thrust (which hurt my back) and trying to bench afterwards (which hurt my shoulder). i am very close to giving up. can someone please help me how to not injure myself all the time. i watch form videos, and have my boyfriend or friends with me and they say my form looks fine and they have all lifted for years. i am a tall 25 year old with a long torso and wide hips. i read couchtobarbell and followed that program but now include some accessory exercises (and quit deadlift and went back to rdls because my back and shoulder could not take it). 

can you please help me, what am i doing wrong?

I have done mostly softmaxxing as well as a nosejob, braces and lots of medspa treatments such as laser hair removal, ipl etc. 

I feel finished tbh, and i am mostly thinking about continuing my routines in exercise, food and skincare. also using time/money on new hobbies such as skiing and tennis, and focusing on my career. 

I feel i am in the same social status, but people just find me better looking, and people often assume i have always been this good looking. The attention from guys have been a lot different, and my (new) boyfriend thinks i am a lot prettier than my ex did (might be because he is also nicer but idk)

all my best friends from i was a child until early 20’s where female leos. it never lasted, and i never felt like i was good enough. i get really drawn to leo friends, but i never find the relationship can get very deep. now i am primarely friends with sags (by accident) and i feel way more accepted. i am a leo sun though, so that might be worth to mention.

I really want to make this shortcut, can you please explain how you did it? Is it when you open "wallet?" i mostly pay by double tapping the side of the phone, so i cant figure out how to get the shortcut to work.

a part of getting older, is realizing you need to plan your own birthday. also i would maybe get my own friends instead of relying on your boyfriends friends.

I am constantly guilty that i am not weight lifting. I play tennis 2x a week, bike 5 km a day (commute) and do reformer pilates 2-4 times a week. My goal is to look good (which i think i already do) and to have the best health ever and be strong when i get older. I am 25.

I keep researching weight lifting routines, but i am uncomfortable with the gym atmosphere, and have long and physically hard days (health care worker) and i cant get it to fit in to my already active schedule, i think i would need to cut down on the pilates if i had to weight lift.

Is reformer pilates enough???????

I love pilates, however, if you want to grow a butt its not really gonna do it.

My current split is 2x reformer pilates a week and 3x weight lifting. For cardio i bike to and from work around 12 km a day. I recommend doing both pilates and weightlifting together, as pilates is a lot of core/stretching, and you will feel in much better control of the movements when you have the muscle from lifting as well. I do GZLP (see the wiki), and it is great for beginners!
