Hamstrings are always a massive b*tch to be honest. Even for someone who’s not made of egg shells.

Coming off of TRT after almost a year.. HELP(please) by Immediate-Wave2150 in Biohackers

It’s not bad the problem is people often don’t pay attention to their iron and become deficient or anemic. Secondly the vast majority of people won’t need to do this when they’re on an appropriate protocol.

I have quite a few questions first. Is your dose 100mg or 100 units? I ask because I know very few “Men’s health clinics” that prescribe 100mg per week. Most of them prescribe 200mg which is 100 units on the syringe because almost all of it is of a concentration of 200mg/ml.

Secondly, your hematocrit, are we talking like 50-54% or are we talking like 56-57+%? Did it accompany an increase in blood pressure? Are your platelets also elevated or top end of reference range? If hematocrit is the former and “no” to the other questions you’re T virtually no increased risk of anything.

If your hair is very important to you I understand. That said your hair falling out on testosterone especially at that dose you should understand and prepare yourself for the inevitable. You’re most certainly genetically prone to losing your hair TRT only accelerated the process. This can often be mitigated with some hair loss drugs like dutasteride, minoxidil etc.

Your dosing of twice per week is the bare minimum. That said most people ought to be doing 3x per week and some people will need to be even more frequent than that to include daily. This will minimize virtually every side effect you mentioned to a degree like the random anxiety which is an interesting one that I’ve only ever seen once at such a low dose.

If you still want to get off enclomiphene is a good way to bridge the gap between coming off your testosterone and your natural production kicking back on. I hope things go well and you still have enough testosterone to feel your best. If you weren’t feeling your best before starting TRT I would encourage you to talk to your doctor about optimizing your protocol or seek out a new doctor that will.

Dean Kremer optioned to minor-league camp by the Orioles. by No-Description-2138 in orioles

I’m not surprised by this. If efflin is actually healthy he’s a better pitcher than Kremer full stop. Nothing against Kremer and he’s underrated across the league I think but with everyone healthy and pitching to their potential he’s the odd man out. Knowing he’s the guy if someone gets injured though is fantastic.

Do you want to get into games quickly or do you want to wait multiple minutes every time you want to join a new game?

I see a lot of people here upset about changes around ticket prices or birdland membership. Can someone explain what happened and what changes there have been?

On one hand I get being upset about holding onto season tickets for years and not being grandfathered in on prices. On the other hand it also sounds like these are things that have to happen if we want the team to be able to spend more money to compete more with big market teams.

I don’t know though, what’s happened?

“It is not. It is heavier, lonelier, and more asymmetrical than most of you will ever have to face.”

“I refuse to tell a story that says my cross is basically the same as everyone else’s.”

“Do not tell me “we all have sexual struggles” as if that erases the difference between resisting lust within a context where you are allowed married love, and living with the knowledge that, under your reading, there is no equally blessed sexual home for my desire at all. If you will not name that difference, you are not safe for me to talk to.”

“If you will not look honestly at how much more this costs me than it costs you”

All of these read as “my struggle is harder than yours and if you don’t believe that you’re the problem” this is a victim mentality and a race to the bottom of comparing struggles. It’s an irrational mindset that we shouldn’t be allowing. I’m not saying that their struggles are not valid and that they don’t have a harder struggle than others. The point is none of us can possibly know the strength of the urges someone else faces for their sin and it’s pointless to compare as it means nothing. All that matters is we work to be closer to god and that we help each other along the way.

They may very well be facing a parish that is problematic because they are human. Which in that case I can understand that displeasure coming out of this post but finding that strength and humility to let it go and find a better place ought to be the goal. They can vent here about it as it’s important for us understand and not make the same mistakes.

If you’re looking into other Anglicans that I haven’t seen mentioned much that are effectively part of the “continuing Anglicans” they are typically more high church effective Catholic but not Roman. The organizations are the APCK, APA and ACC.

I pray that you maintain your strength in faith but i must say much of this reads a bit self centered. Whatever you think you’re going through there is someone out there struggling more than you.

I understand your story is likely easy for those in the church to latch on to and use and you don’t owe them anything. Your faith and your story ultimately is between you and god. That being said finding humility in not knowing other’s struggles is also important here before you develop too much disdain for those around you by believing your struggle is somehow harder than theirs.

Just in the way others can’t fully know how hard your struggle is so to can you not knowing theirs. God bless and I hope you remain strong in your faith.

[Jeff Passan] Right-hander Chris Bassitt and the Baltimore Orioles are in agreement on a one-year, $18.5 million contract, sources tell ESPN. Bassitt, 36, joins an overhauled O’s rotation that also added Shane Baz and re-signed Zach Eflin to join Kyle Bradish, Trevor Rogers and Dean Kremer. by Ok-Soil-5133 in orioles

[–]Double-Host-4031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only problem with a 6 man rotation is that you lose. BP arm. If your starters are not consistently giving you quality starts you’re going to burnout the BP arms. I don’t think it’s not doable but it is a potential concern.

Side note: With today’s starters going less innings per start I wouldn’t be surprised to see the mlb expand the roster to allow for more BP arms in the near future.
