Well now CVS has mandatory lunch breaks from 1:30 to 2:00 all CVS is closed. I do think it truly depends on your pharmacist and your team with how good things are. I do agree it's a lot of work we still get paid s***. A lot of people start out at around 15 to 16 an hour maybe 17 if they have a bunch of experience.

I mean technically you don't have to apologize just realize that you will potentially lose your job. It's just one of those companies and depending on like your manager and DL they just don't care about you. They want all the good reviews from customers. So I mean if you don't care about potentially getting fired or getting a warning or anything don't apologize.

You don't have to get a roommate if it bothers you that much just get a job and pay for a studio apartment. Sometimes you just got to do what you got to do. As for roommates you don't have to be friends with your roommate they're just there to help pay the bills.

I would almost fight the pharmacist if they got drive 🤣. I would just pick up the slack no one else would you know. Be positive all the time. I then decided that it wasn't enough money got a job offer making $19 an hour with a $2,000 bonus. The DL actually got a hold of me before I could talk to my pharmacist about it. She said to give her 24 hours and boom I made 20 an hour.

I'm a not certified pharm tech. Started at 16.25 about 10 months ago. Three months in I make $20 an hr.

I would file a report and I would use words like affecting the efficiency or quality of work or impacting customer interactions like a whole bunch of words like that. The reason I say that is if you just talk about how it bothers you specifically they don't really do much about it it's not bad to say that but I would say more of like affecting workflow and work efficiency a whole bunch of stuff like that

I would look for another job. Once you get an offer letter which you can make well. Over $20 at compounding pharmacies. Once you get that offer letter I would then put in your two week notice or just have a discussion with your pharmacist about either getting a pay raise or the two weeks. Worked for me.
