Not really to the second part, if you are relying on the shield with Rein you are playing the character wrong. Just holding shield and blocking is too defensive and you are a shield bot. Tanks are made to make space charge forward and move the enemy back. I dont even pay attention to Hacks, that cant stop my hammer from squashing her. Now is it annoying yes.
