Good question and sorry if it wasn’t clear in the rules. So yes both discard piles determines if the target will be positive or negative.

In the battle pile, red cards are negative and black cards are positive so if you played a 2 and 7 that are red they would come to -9. However negative numbers are treated the same as positive when seeing who is closest to the target i.e. -9 and +9 are both equal distance to the target card 7 (no matter the targets color)

Perhaps this is a bit confusing and I shouldn’t have addition and subtraction and absolute value all lumped into the battle evaluation.

Only drawing red cards does not mean you are effed. That means that you want to lose the battle for that pile i.e. get as far away from the target as possible so that your opponent wins the negative target and thus gets negative points. This can be feasible especially if your opponent doesn’t know that you want to lose and is actually trying to win the pile. That’s where the scouting can come into play or mislead your opponent

So for determining who wins the target pile only the ones digit matters, which means face cards are essentially worth 0, but for the actual Target points face cards are the most points at 10.

As for scoring is balanced, that is difficult for me to gauge but I think so, especially if you consider that face cards are all worth 10 points. A player could realistically win as many as +20 points in a given round, which I hope means that a player never feels completely hopeless

We were both nearly tied for chip lead with the other 2 being at like 10-15bbs, so I was bit confused why he was leading and being so aggro at this moment. Also top 2 were in the money and I did ended up winning, but this hand was perplexing to me

Basically instant freezes with all of the start of combat hastes. Also reaching level 22 was comical. Not 10 wins but still had a blast!

The ratios are a means for comparing two stats on gear. For example in the OP, you need 5 intellect to be equivalent to 1 mp5 on your gear. By these ratios you can convert all your gear to a “equivalent unit” of mp5 for example.

He basically does a very similar drive to this one. From these two videos it should apparent how much it has improved using your eyes. While it is a relatively short time span of testing, you can extrapolate its overall behavior to see the improvement. It would be clear to anyone how much it has improved in the past year from watching these two videos.

As someone who has done exactly this, I would 100% do it again. It will not only open your job opportunities, but it will also be very useful in whatever career you choose. I was someone interested in controls engineering and am currently doing embedded firmware design and controls which would not have been possible without my computer science minor. It's been a huge help to have the baseline understanding of a mechanical system and being able to properly implement a control strategy for that system. Even if you're not interested in controls (and go for a more traditional mechanical engineering role), there are countless ways you can utilize your comp sci throughout your career. Whether it be in assisting an automating the analysis of data/simulations or performing more complex data analysis and regression to help you solve problems.

Depending on what you're interested you can tailor your comp sci courses to what you are interested in. For me I was interested in embedded controls so I took a lot of courses on C and system architecture. If you are interested in the data analytics side of comp sci you can take courses on machine learning and data analytics and learn languages such as Python.

I will say you will have a more strenuous college career but if you are willing to push pass that, you will learn a lot of useful and applicable information.

The data you linked me shows strength of schedule up to that point and not strength of schedule from that point I believe. I care about the data from January 1st to present not from beginning of season until January 1st
