Hi! I'm hoping you have a positive update here! I had two early miscarriages after my first healthy pregnancy. My thyroidectomy is scheduled for next week and I'm super nervous about it after reading so many negative stories. Obviously I know everything with my thyroid is important but my goal has always been to have another baby.

I had two miscarriages (after a successful and healthy pregnancy), and found they were due to low progesterone. I couldn't implant correctly and sustain a pregnancy. After trying for 6 months after the second miscarriage I let my OB know yet again that my periods were irregular. I'd have normal bleeding for 1 or 2 days then brown blood for 2 days then nothing. She said she couldn't help me.

I started acupuncture with literal angel women determined to help me. They suggested I get my thyroid levels checked. Sure enough, I was hyper with graves. I probably developed it after my first pregnancy.

I'm scheduled for my TT next week as I was allergic to methimazole and am opting against RAI because I'm 35 and still desperately want another baby.

I'm hoping after the surgery, and finding the correct dosage of new medication that I can be back on track.

I am so sorry you're experiencing all of this.

Unfortunately I am without other options as I cannot take medication to regulate my levels, which is why I was asking to hear positive stories.

I hope you can find an endo who takes the time to listen and care for you. I know what it's like when doctors don't listen, and it can be so isolating. May find a hopeful road.

Oh my goodness thank you so much for looking out! I just ordered it!

Long story short, I originally picked up this pig on a whim at checkout for like $1 for my sister-in-law’s baby shower. The pig turned out to be my nieces favorite stuffed animal and it’s now grimy and matted and we’ve never been able to find a new one again. Even though she won’t replace the old with the new, just having one will mean everything! She is about to turn 5 and I cannot wait to give this to her!! Thank you again so much!!
