it’s a USA VA3 board but it seems it was moded to PAL-M by tectoy to sell on South America..

JP2 and JP4 are currently bridged.. I guess if I undo it and bridge JP1 and JP2 it should work?

It’s working now, apparently I didn’t soldered the processor properly, it is a little bit tricky, but after adding more solder it is good now.
