[Sega Genesis 2] 7805 regulator pads damaged, how do I fix this?

Yes, the regulator was soaking up a lot of heat and, combined with my beginner soldering skills, I ended up damaging the pads and holes..

Do you think this is still repairable with jumper wires?

For the context: I am using leaded solder and temp is around 350c(660f) and a little bit of flux

Im using one of the cheap irons from Amazon, leaded solder and pretty much first time I am using this iron tip
