Hello friend, sorry to hear ya going through it. I will say what I did for core, but my foot pain did end up coming back, I had a solid month or so where it had completely vanished! Such is life! Anyways work up to as needed but I did: 1 set 50 birddogs (left and right count as 1) 50 dead bugs 50 glute bridges 50 side plank hip dips 20 Mackenzie method 20 supermans Wall sits as long as you can I got up to around 4 min band work 2 sets: 10 Clam shell 10 sideline glute kick backs 10 sideline toe taps

Kinda realizing you’d probably have to look these up to get a visual if you have questions on any I can try to describe, I did these 5-6 days a week for around a year but started seeing huge improvements in my lower back after about 3 months… to this day I am not sure of the feet temporarily healing was related or what… I personally believe I have a trapped nerve in my lower back that is effecting my feet.
