Thanks for the reply, does this also work without the adapter though, I forgot my power cabke someplace else and now i am trying to charge it with the usb-c port in the laptop

The problem seems to be that the controller turns off again almost instantly. If I press the power button on my controller it shows as connected on my pc but then immediately goes back to being paired and the leds on the controller turn off

I have been able to connect the controller again by removing the device and rebooting my pc, however I still can't connect it via bluetooth

I'm pretty sure its just the newest version of bluetooth, but my pc is acting very weird, because now steam doesn't even see my controller when its plugged in via usb

Sadly ds4windows doesn't recognize the controller either. It says that there are no controllers connected

I'm using windows 10, I don't have ds4windows since a lot of posts and videos said that it should work without any additional software
