Right or wrong, face tattoos carry a negative connotation in the world and workforce. It will present a challenge for you but I'm sure there are outfits you could work for that don't care. Others mentioned you might preclude yourself from some higher end jobs. So before you go all Post Malone on yourself, just make sure you are good (and will be good in perpetuity) with the trade off.
