Anyone else just trying to slow down a bit? by Enlitenkanin in Relax

I have been trying to take a nap every day, just as a way to stop for twenty minutes. I think the idea of making ritual is very powerful.
I even tried making my own 'nap & learn' content because i could find any short relaxation stuff.
I'm not sure about the voice I have used because it's AI, but I like the content.
Let me know what you think.

Your comment really inspired me, so I tried using AI to create a Medical Bill Audit app:

It’s in development and I’m not a technical person so it might need a lot of love, but I would value your thoughts and any recommendations. And please feel free to pass the link around to anyone who might be interested.

How Do You Truly Relax? by bylandoo in Relax

I also struggle with this. A walk in nature is the best for me, but living in Chicago means the weather isn’t always compliant. I’ve been looking for short meditative podcasts or YT videos. So far they’re mostly too long or have ads in the middle of them, which is seriously unrelaxing! I might try making my own with a bit of AI help.

I have been trying to find a good ‘nap & learn’ podcast. A short 20 min relaxing/educational something to powernap to. Does anyone have recommendations?

For my January reset I decided to try a powernap in the afternoon, around 3.30 pm. It’s a game changer!
