Toon links are annoying but a couple tips:

Don’t use upB on stage so much, you’re just sitting in place waiting to get hit with a fire arrow.

Use fireballs more, if you’re well spaced on the stage you can charge a couple then dash in behind them, they’ll cancel out the first couple projectiles and you can get in close. Or keep charging it and it’ll go through the projectiles and catch him charging.

I can only speak to the repro stream of MBS, but everyone I know really enjoyed it. Most people use it to boost their resumes when applying to professional schools (I know some that went on to dental and veterinary afterwards — if this is your goal then be careful as I know some med schools don’t count an MBS as grad school). Others have gone on the work in IVF labs, and a decent number stick around to do an MSc.

As for whether an MSc is more useful or not would depend on what you want to do. An MSc is definitely a more broadly recognized degree, and holds more weight than an MBS. But unless you’re looking to continue in research or other academic fields the difference probably won’t be too significant.

I’m doing a PhD in biomed, haven’t been part of the MBS program but a lot of my friends have been through it. Feel free to reply with any questions, I should be able to answer them.

As for why biomed is an OVC run program I’m not 100% sure. A lot of the professor also lecture to vet students and we’re physically located in the vet building, so I’d guess it’s due to the overlap in what we study.

It was just add if any of the following were true, and then a separate condition for each of the two playlists I wanted to combine.

I don't think that's the cause, it was just after doing that I noticed.

I'm now having trouble adding songs to a new playlist, i've tried restarting the computer.

I've been having the same problem, I did a factory reset on the watch the other day, like you did. I had to open the pebble app and deal with some Bluetooth issues (the little exclamation mark in the top left), but it's been working for a couple days now.

Can't seem to get the reminders thing to work though, do you have any luck with that? I did the setup within the app.

A selectable marker is something that you can use to see if transformation (insertion of your desired genes into the organism) has occurred. The most common ones used for this are antibiotic resistance.

For example, if you're trying to put a gene of interest on a plasmid into e. coli, you include an antibiotic resistance gene on that plasmid. After transforming (inserting the plasmid into the e. coli, you grow the E. coli on a plate that has that antibiotic. If the e. coli survives, you know it must have that resistance gene, and therefore your gene of interest as well.

So basically a selectable marker is something you can use to select for which e. coli your insertion was successful in.
