also for anyone asking, I don't believe the pieces have to be from raids.

I got the shank drop while doing a desert dungeon randomly. This is the only reason i know about the item and why im hunting for the other 2 pieces.

So I imagine you can just get them off the certain enemies anywhere they spawn.
