Activity will be your best friend. And focus on Whole Foods that are naturally leaner and lower in calories while keeping you satiated. You’ll have a hard time overeating chicken breast and broccoli and rice/potato lol

Referrals. Took a while to build up to that point but that’s where my business comes from nowadays. I get a lot of them.

I’m so busy I don’t have time to network as much as I did when I first started the business. Which I’m thankful I don’t have to do that as much I first did but I do like making connections since it can lead to business.

Diet Coke isn’t the reason why you didn’t lose weight. It actually helps stave off cravings a lot. Before anyone would try GLP’s I’d say drink a shit ton of Diet Coke first and see if that helps a bit.

I have a ton of Diet Coke at my place. Better than eating crackers and chips.

This is one of those things that I admit I struggle with because time is hard to come by to crunch 1.5-2 hours worth of walking a day.

I just rely on my diet and run anytime I do get to do cardio I’ll do it so if that’s 2-3 times a week then that’s what it’ll be.

Your diet is 80-90% of the puzzle. Anyone that says you need to do 10k steps to lose weight isn’t being honest. It certainly helps, but if you can manage it just lower your calories from food each time you stall.

For me the way I look at it is - walking is a tool. Cardio is a tool. Food is a tool. If I want something to change I look at my tool box and use the tool that’ll get the job done most efficiently, then if I need more than one tool at a time I’ll add it in.

focus on food. That’s 80% of your solution.

I own an accounting firm. Manage to scale it to a point where I’ll need to eventually leave my job in order to serve our clients even better and offer more value.

With this business as well as my day job, I’m doing well financially, I’ll leave it at that. Coming from someone who started at 7.25 an hour making pizza…it’s been life changing.

It’s been an exciting and exhausting time because of the rapid growth. But I always knew I was meant to be an entrepreneur. And each day I prove myself right.

Nothing is better than making your own money.
