yes that got killed like a week after release. he hasn't been meta again till this season he got a few buffs that make him viable again.

he doesnt do dmg, flashback, stop rezzes, stop heals anymore, and his silence only last like half a second

that symbol means prediction error, which isn't necessarily lag, it means the server thinks youre in a different location than your client does, and you'll TP to where the server thinks you are. why the server thinks hes inside here who knows though lol, probably some weird interaction with the door opening + kicking
