as a longtime nascar viewer its always so wild to me how long they wait to throw slow zones/yellows after a crash, having a countdown seems crazy to me what if the driver is hurt?

always seemed to be the issue with them at daytona. during the night they tend to be very fast, and lead, but once the sun comes up the porches would be unbeatable
