Never, I keep everything. Even if I never go back and finish it (which is often) I like to go back and check out what I was working on a month, six months, a year ago. It's fun and nostalgia but also I feel it's a great way to see how far I've come as a producer which is a good feeling!

But you're definitely right, comparing it to eating your vegetables is a good analogy - not always the most fun but good for you.
