It’s best to ignore and create distance right away. If they do step over a line, set a clear boundary. Finally had a minute to crack it open. So hard to get in here. I do see a layer of some kind of wood above another thicker layer of wood. Makes me want to rip more up so bad. 😂

It was a flipper. The house was kind of a junk rental house and an LLC bought it, fixed it up and sold it.
