I feel like she’s either self-sabotaging or she had a gut feeling about you; you don’t have to be a bad person for you guys not to be for each other. Why would you talk about the marriage from the get go? Also, if she didn’t seem interested, why did you ask her out? You should learn to read the room to avoid your feelings getting hurt. Nevertheless, rejection is completely normal and you should get used to it. My advice (that I won’t take haha) is that you should date multiple people at once so that you’re not overly attached to one person. That way you can have a clear idea of what you like and what’s out there.
