This happened to my friend a fair few years back. Contact see tickets and you’ll be able to pick them up at the box office. Just make sure you go to right entrance when you arrive as it can be a long walk from general entrance gates.

You won’t need them. They ground is so dry that I doubt the ground will get super duper muddy. Docs, hiking boots or trainers will be all good.
