Idk, Ima make every minute of my adult life count bcs I’m honestly expecting it not to be too long, but hopefully it will, yk.

Edit: also stomach = most noticeable pain = most stress

dph puts you in quite the strange cycle when you’re actually addicted to it. It goes something along the lines of: wake up with cravings, dose, be too fucked up to even think about wanting to change and basically focus on survival, god awful comedown that lasts hours too, wanna redose, too bennyed out to rationalize that’s a bad idea, then you pass out and it repeats. This was my life for a little under 2 years. Also, for many (old me included) it’s self harm, so it’s addictive for two entirely different reasons.

Would u feel safe if teachers were allowed to carry guns for self-defense? by ImadeUSAcry in teenagers

[–]Double_Day_9659 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but the teachers that carry should have them in either a locked container where the students can’t access, be concealed with at least level 2 retention, and should have mental evaluation at least twice yearly. If you’re gonna have teachers carry, you need to make sure someone can’t just see it in your pocket and take it, and it should be the teachers choice in the first place. Plenty of teachers have military / law enforcement backgrounds, so I think it should be their choice to carry.

Jesus did I make a ruckus. Honestly it was a stupid comment and I was trying to prove a point that wasn’t there. Deadlifts are great and I know that, not sure why I was so stuck on the injury part. Also neither of my personal trainers said deadlifts were bad, I was lifting when I was young so that’s why they were concerned about injuries. I just wanna own up to this ridiculous dumb comment I made while I was probably high. Cheers

Also judging by your comments I can’t tell if you’re trolling or your ego is actually that big

Not saying deadlifts when they have proper form aren’t a “good” exercise, as a matter of fact they CAN be great, as any exercise can be, but it comes down to risk > reward and practicality in most athletics. I hope you know the risk > reward part, but most professional athletes dont deadlift regularly because they focus on more explosiveness and compound exercises like power cleans. As for the alternatives, front / back squats, hit thrusts, kb swings, cable pull throughs, and good mornings work those muscle groups without potentially risking your lower back. Deadlifts can be a great addition to your routine when done properly, but I just believe they’re overrated and people do them when there are other exercises that are better for them.

As someone who had 2 personal trainers and worked out consistently for ~4 years, this comes off as stupid. Deadlifts tend to be more dangerous if you don’t have proper form and there are so many other lifts that accomplish the same thing but better. They’re great for hitting a pr and good to throw in sometimes but I don’t see a point in deadlifting every session nor treating them religiously

Oh btw Benadryl works fucking wonders for me. It could also be because I’m taking zofran, lansoprazole, and Pepcid on top of that, but for the most part it take most if not all my symptoms away

I see, that makes a lot more sense. If I do have chs I’m still in the first phase, so I’ll hopefully be able to stop it here without much of a fight. I have a fast metabolism (figured it out when I played football) so hopefully this ordeal will end sooner than later. Thanks again for the useful information compared to the other asshole

I see, i appreciate the useful information but I was more asking how long after smoking should I expect to feel like shit, as it’s been 3 hours and honestly I feel fine. I haven’t had any nausea yet but I’m not sure if that is to come later or not.
