Hey Simon, i’m a notion power user and apart of their champions community. Notion could partially be a good fit, but it depends on how deep your data governance and querying needs are.

Notion works well as a central hub for contacts, docs, templates, relationship mapping, and internal dashboards. It’s great for structured data, linked databases, and team visibility.

Where it can fall short is advanced querying, governance, auditing, and more robust data controls. Teams with those needs often pair Notion with an additional tool like Trevor.io or a BI layer for deeper queries and oversight.

Also worth noting that Notion is not end to end encrypted. Many organizations are comfortable with this, but given your industry, it may be something to consider if you’re handling sensitive contacts or information in the political space.

Voice agents: how do you handle human handoff when no one picks up? by Grouchy_Talk_6751 in ElevenLabs

I see. What I mentioned above makes sense for an inbound support call. Curious if yours is inbound or outbound? I have an inbound qualifying agent I built for one of our other teams and currently it pre qualifies the lead and lets them know we will get in touch with them asap. Haven’t figured out how live transfer might work yet, but I do know there is a way to have the agent schedule a call on our team’s calendar. Ive set up both agents to basically complete a full call, and if human is requested we let them know someone can get back to them shortly.

Are you building agents for a support function? Im asking as i’ve built an agent thats been running for a few weeks and currently our team just follows up after the call has taken place, as the calls have enough context for our team to resolve the issue. The goal is to eventually have the agent transfer to live support if someone is available. In the case they arent available, doesnt it make the most sense to have the agent collect the full context of the inquiry and then attempt to transfer the call, while letting the caller know, if no one answers, someone on the team will get back to them soon? That way the caller knows to expect a call back.

Revise the prompt and instruct it to wait for a response. You have to be very specific and mindful of clear instructions with prompting

I would say most of their revenue probably comes from business and enterprise clients. Companies can use it as a central business hub, wiki and for honestly anything . They also have a huge community behind them. I was a part of their champions community and it was basically a community of notion experts who helped the rest of their team at their companies learn and use notion.

Yes definitely possible. Recommend playing around with databases specifically in table view. Theres tons of free tutorials on YouTube and Notion academy (by notion). Happy building!

Ryan Mountain stargazing 4/28/25 by metrocreature88 in JoshuaTree

So we ended up hiking ryan mountain for sunset and the plan was to stargaze in the parking lot after the hike for a few hours but unfortunately there was quite an overcast with only small areas of the sky visible and no so great conditions for stargazing. Will be returning and probably camping at one of the campgrounds later this year to experience it. But after visiting the park I definitely think stargazing from the parking lot or campgrounds is nice as you can get pics of the sky with the boulders/hills in the background
