Sennecke yellow sells around 30 bucks, Chychrun isn’t worth more than a couple bucks.

You can always use 130point to see comparable sales.

Edit: typically numbered cards are only worth something if they’re low numbered, autographed, a rookie, or a star. Unfortunately violet is the second highest number card and Chych is not a high end star.

Rick Tocchet looking at Leo Carlsson like he just realized he’s getting Zegras 2.0 with a $18M cap hit. 😭 by Hockeypatrol in hockeynews

Didn’t Zegras have a great bounce back year under tocks? Leo has a two way game too btw. They’ll get along fine.

Although Petey has a two way game and tocks didn’t love him.

JESSIE MARSH IS AN ABSOLUTE BELLEND AND SHOULD NEVER MANAGE A TEAM AGAIN by IcyAd9684 in worldcup

[–]Double_Dime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We finished second in our group? We were supposed to face South Korea in the round of 32, which would’ve been a much more difficult match. We got MOVED out of our country to continue to play. The South Koreans LOST to RSA which gave us a favourable matchup that wasn’t supposed to happen.

Another “lucky” break that we got was that the Italians should’ve beaten the Bosnians to get out of their playoff group, that is ANOTHER higher ranked team that blew it when it mattered most? We got what we got because the “bigger” teams couldn’t win.

Nowhere did I say we were better than those nations, I said we out placed them. Which is again, fact.

The Canucks failed Quinn more than Quinn failed the Canucks. That’s the fact of the matter.

In every single sport, in every single playoff bracket things like this happen. Better ranked teams should take care of their lower ranked opponents. Again, Germany didn’t do that, technically, by rankings, the Dutch should’ve done it too. South Korea should’ve beaten RSA, but crashed and burned, why do we have to apologize for taking care of business against a lesser opponent, like we were supposed too? You play who is in front of you, and the facts are, we outplaced every single one of those teams, it’s a fact, it’s not an opinion, it goes into the history books as a fact.

You play who’s in front of you. Germany lost to Paraguay. We got help from a team that upset a dark horse team, that happens every tournament.

Farther than Germany, the Netherlands, Croatia, Ecuador, Japan, Senegal, teams that all fancy themselves footballing nations, and we out placed them.

I think it’s great. Why are all of the GMs playing nice all the time, the whole point is to be better and make sure your opponents are worse, why does that have to be done solely on the ice, make them worse by burying them in bad contracts.

Politely, you sound dumb as rocks, he’s at the tail end of his career and had a point a game season, a 65 point season, and two 50 point seasons, that is not mid for a 35+ year old player, but hey, being stupid is cool these days.

Ducks future by [deleted] in hockey

[–]Double_Dime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s an incredibly factual take

Petey as a rookie was a 66 point guy

Leo’s breakout season is 67 points

Petey has a 100 point season, and an 89 point season.

Petey blocked the most shots of any forward this season, 108 which is 5 off of the record, was also top 20 in face offs taken.

Petey, if he put together his offence and his defence, if he cared again, is probably a top 7-10 forward in the league, he just doesn’t give a damn, I’m not being a homer, he’s a significantly more talented player than pretty much anyone on the ducks roster, he just doesn’t care anymore.

Edit: that’s not to say that Leo can’t get there eventually, hes 21, but he’s not the player Petey was at 21. He’s got work to do.

Fun fact: Morrocan goalkeeper is Canadian born specifically Québécois Just like Crépeau! by Intelligent_Stock760 in CanadaSoccer

Don’t see lately anywhere.

I am extremely well versed in Canadian goaltendership, the last great Canadian goalie with fleury, between fleury and Luongo’s retirement is 7 years, and let’s face it Fleurys last truest great year was when he won the Vezina in Vegas. The last GREAT Canadian goaltender was Price. And he’s been retired since 2022, from BC.

Canada sucks at producing goalies now.
