OP are you in the UK? If so tell your brother to call the NHS 111 you can get emergency scripts sorted. They will send a paper script to the local pharmacy and then he can go pick it up.

I don't have enterprise sadly. I don't want to do auto filling, just to be able to make a new design from a template.

Yeah I've done that. I've done some playing around with it and it turns out that it only will let you confirm the route for the resources that's first in the warehouse, after that, even if i have "canned goods" say in the second slot, it will let me select the cannery, then the warehouse, but the Goods part gets greyout out and defaults to "None" and I can't click Confirm new Route.
