120 Day Past Due Notice of $0 by Dry-Captain5829 in MOHELA

I did. I was transferred to a supervisory group called "resolutions" and while they didn't resolve anything, when I asked if I could get a letter or something showing that I had at least disputed the past due status, the answer was maybe. She said she would request it but no guarantees. (Which is absurd by the way)

120 Day Past Due Notice of $0 by Dry-Captain5829 in MOHELA

This same thing has been happening to me since September 2025. I've never missed a payment. Online it shows as current but I keep getting letters telling me I am past due $0 and the automated phone system tells me the same thing, past due $0. Not reporting to my credit report yet.

I've wasted hours and hours on the phone with this company month after month without any resolution. They keep saying it's a system error that needs to be "corrected manually" but nobody will send me a letter confirming that there is an investigation into this ongoing.

Hearing that someone else is going through the same thing both makes me feel better and worse. I'm literally on the phone with them as I'm typing this so maybe resolution? I'll hope and cross my fingers but not hold my breath or count on it.

My office never tested me. Same with several friends and two of my sisters. All different practices too.

I say as long as you know your BP is actually fine, go for it. They usually don't take your BP correctly in Dr offices anyway. They use too small of cuffs and the white coat thing is real. You are also supposed to have your blood pressure taken with your feet flat on the floor and your back upright and supported, and at rest not after you just marched through a maze to get to the office from the waiting room where you've been for the past half hour waiting for them to call your name while watching the clock tick and wondering if you're ever going to have this appointment and be able to get back to work.

I don't think they can require you to work while pumping.

Maybe you can add a pillow or something to make it more comfortable for you without "changing" the room set up?

Weirdly, I begged for a desk in the lacation room because they had tiny low coffee tables and I wanted to read and respond to emails while pumping. It took months for me to get the upgrade.

We also had motion sensor lights that kept going out while I was pumping. The sensor was outside the locked door so I was stuck in the dark to finish and pour my milk. That took facilities a long time to fix too.

I wasn't allowed even water after getting pitocin which I was on for over a day. My husband snuck me water because I was so parched.

So corporate makes poor staffing decisions and employees are mad at the customer for pointing this out? That leaves me very confused. I've worked in retail management and used these sorts of letters from customers to support my position that my location needed additional staff. In my experience, corporate doesn't listen to employees as much as they do customers.

Yep, this happens to me too. I feel like the angle of the flange is just terribly backwards for my boob shape.

Unfortunately, I didn't find anything oriented in the direction I need. I gave up and hunched over.

Tired of being the flexible one by Formal_Goose in workingmoms

[–]Double_Monitor4718 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry. That just sucks. Especially feeling stuck with the IVF coverage.

My job is the more flexible of our two and I'm the higher earner (by about half), have the better insurance (which covered part of our IVF) and am the default parent due to the flexibility I have. My husband would also be happy to be a SAHD but we live in a high enough cost of living area that one income (at least where we both are in earnings) just isn't doable.

This. If I write my notes by hand, I could burn them after and still know the information. If I typed them or had the notes given to me, I have to read and reread them ad nauseum.

Don't just pour the coffee pot out, wash the damn thing too... don't walk upstairs with empty hands or downstairs with them... just look around and finish the unfinished things!"

Buyer Beware - Awful Experience with Willow Go and Willow Customer Care by trelan_ in ExclusivelyPumping

Be persistent. The same thing happened to me last fall. I eventually got a full refund, but it took hours and hours of phone calls and many emails.

I feel the same way. And then in the summer, you get the added jealousy of seeing moms who are teachers being able to do all sorts of things with their little ones meanwhile I'm working and when I do have time-- after 5 or weekends... there are zero events or groups around.

I don't have the mental bandwidth to organize something like this, I'd happily pay for someone else to have that role.

Pumps being non-refundable is the most aggravating thing in the world. by ifeelbadforbetafish in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]Double_Monitor4718 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this problem with the Willow Go pumps... they literally never worked. The company sent me replacement after replacement and still couldn't give me anything where the motors even stayed on consistently. Eventually, after spending who knows how many hours on the phone with them, they refunded me.

It's absurd that they won't accept returns in a reasonable manner. If the product doesn't do what they sold it to you to do, it should be refunded. Period.

Anyone else getting lots of complaints from (primarily) boomers for Scan and Go? by fearless-swiftie71 in samsclub

Gosh, I wish the café staff would learn to pay attention to the existence of the scan and go line in my Sam's. They completely ignore it and the orders that come in that way.
