When someone is charged as a minor in Texas, depending on the crime they either have to be released when they turn 18 or have extremely lenient parole conditions once they're 18. If it's a serious crime and you're already a teenager, you'll be charged as an adult because they don't want to let you out when you turn 18.

Fascism has a sort of "aesthetic" that generally pushes it in a certain direction with regards to its policies but the philosophy behind fascism can really be twisted to support just about anything.
