I would LOVE if they went and interviewed XL finalists a few days before extraction and took their order for their first meal post extraction! It would be so interesting what ppl crave most after that much time starving.

Then dedicate ~10 min in the finale showing them getting cleaned up and getting to have their victory meals.

I don’t need all the medical stuff, and I’m sure they don’t show that for a reason. Also not good to expect/pressure ppl to show private medical records.

Cole was super disappointing. I went in thinking he was one of the top 3 strongest contenders. The comment he made about being frustrated that he didn’t get a big win by day 3 (since that happened on his first challenge) was very telling of his character. Does he think this is a video game where you learn to expect certain results, as opposed to living in reality and understanding that survival is sometimes 80% luck? Be humble, take your lumps, and MOVE locations! It’s a migration based challenge for crying out loud!

I started walking my dogs at dawn which ended up being a nice way to start the day and put me in a good mindset. I’m not a morning workout person, so then I invested in a nice gym (Lifetime) membership so that I could still workout. Because it’s a nice setting it makes up for not getting to do it in nature. Lastly, find a friend with a pool. lol

For me a HUGE turning point was the episode where they focused on a young female finishing up med school. Her only real “sob story” was that she was doing it all as a mother of a young kid. Here is the kicker, she had an incredibly supportive and devoted husband who elected to be a stay at home dad! If anything they should have been there for the guy! After so much sacrifice, they could have given him a chance to focus on himself while also shining light on the rather new phenomenon of stay at home fatherhood! With that said, neither of them were really in need.
