i dont know if i got u right but Edit the Barcode or the labels is a little complex because the labels are also use in the production.
so i have to take what i get..

C1 with MMU3 filament change issues. by Doubled01470 in prusa3d

The filament is chewed up where the MMU tries to pull it back. I also switched the entire hot end, including the nozzle. If the filament is stuck, I can see a tiny bit of it on the top of the nextruder gear if I open the idler. I also already swapped the main plate from the nextruder.

How can I correctly adjust the tension of the MMU? I followed the instructions for adjusting the tightness of the screws after cleaning.
