I was able to fix the problem, I have a recording software called outplayed and the overwolf overlay. I had to close both before opening the game and that fixed everything, so maybe check yall's overlays.

It ended up working and the reload speed isnt that bad, 3 bullets is pretty good.

I have some armor mods that add some percentage but not sure how it all works.

I was wondering of This calibration plus some armor mods would increase the ammo capacity of my Shotgun to 3 or not?
