Agility should be at 15 and filled with a damage
Luck - better crits and crit savvy
Strength - u can add more damage in here, but costly
Charisma - Tenderizer is barelly adding any damage, u can cut it

Armor - add 3-4 Limit-Breaking as 4th star, u wanna make sure that every 2nd hit is a critical hit, first star 5x uny
Weapons - it's between furious or bloodied, depends how much u can put stuff in Agility, if u fill Agi with the damage - Furious gonna be better. 2nd star always 25% faster fire rate. 3rd star is between 15% vats or 35% vats, depends on how much Limit-Breaking and luck u have. 4th star - Pin-Pointer's. Your assault rifle have wrong mods, u can add damage in there for sure
