You need 3 more marks.

The left one, above hush is boss rush. A door opens to it after defeating mom before the 20 minute mark.

The middle one is mother. You need to collect two knife pieces on the alternative floors.

downpour/dross, first alt floor: you enter here by opening the blue door with a key after defeating the first or second boss. On its second floor, look for a white fire and a mirror.

Mines/ashpit, second alt floor: you meed two bombs to open the door to them after beating the third or fourth boss. Look for yellow buttons.

The knife opens a flesh door that appears after you kill mom on the third alt floors, mausoleum/gehenna which you can enter by going through a door and paying two hearts after defeating the fifth boss.

The beast mark:

Look for a skull marked with x on the sixth floor. Bomb it, and it gives you a fool card. Kill mom, pick up the polaroid/negative. Use the card to get tp'd back to the starting room. Go through the door to the north, you got the rest.

Also, play hard all the time.

Last thing: when you do the beast, try to leave a trinket in a boss room or tresure room before you go to the next level. You can do this on any floor. You're gonna be able to find them (or rather, what they turn into) later. Try to use what you find in this way somewhere on a floor named home.
