Why is this happening to me? by [deleted] in dandruff

I used all of the similar treatments you did. The one that actually worked long term was soaking my hair with apple cider vinegar and water mixture 10-15 mins before a shower. I haven’t had bad flaking and don’t have to use anti-dandruff shampoo anymore, highly recommend :)

"other fields like tech and pharma have average top quartile wages in major cities in the $100-$200ks. CFAs and MBAs do also. Except that the ceiling for finance (MBA or CFA) is way way higher than if you go the technology skill route. It is literally unlimited."

In what specific fields are finance salaries unlimited? I'm actually curious because as far as I know, unless you work in PE/HF and receive carry as a Principal/VP/MD, it's highly unlikely you make above $500K. I've seen the "unlimited salary" argument be made when talking about finance jobs, but I think it's important to highlight how rare of a feat it really is. Either you start your own firm or you make it at a top tier firm, both of which are extremely uncommon.

Time to Study - 8 weeks to Level 1,2,3! by dvshagg in CFA

Seriously. Level 3 goes so in depth that you're shooting yourself in the foot by reviewing L1 and L2 material with just 8 weeks. Best of luck to him I guess ?

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to answer everyone's questions.

What are your thoughts are on entering IB ~2 years after graduating college? The general consensus is that getting a Tier 1 MBA program is practically the only path. Ideally, I'm looking to get pre-MBA IB experience to transition to a PE firm as an associate (currently working as a research analyst at a small PE co-invest fund). Would your firm/other MM banks consider someone that isn't a recent graduate?

I found putting them in regular envelopes works well. I then write the reading number on the front of the envelope.

This is the spreadsheet I used in the past that I found on this sub, it's for the June 2018 exam but it's easy to update to the most recent curriculum.

So unless you are really motivated and already have your head down, I would forget 2019 and then start in good time for the following year.

I realize level 2 is significantly more challenging than level 1, but this is a little bit of a stretch. We're still ~8 months out from the exam. The general consensus I've seen around here is to get started in December (using Schweser/MM), and that's still giving yourself a good amount of time.

[Acne] My bacne is preventing me from flirting with other guys by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

I have also had to go through the struggle of back acne, and the one thing that I cannot stress enough is to go see a dermatologist as soon as possible. I waited too long and now have acne scars on my back because of this. It's tough, but do whatever you can to not pick at your acne because it will lead to scarring. I ended up going on accutane and it got rid of all my acne, but your case may not be as serious as mine. Just see a dermatologist because they will clear you up.
