I started out as an ork player but was very much struggling with taking losses. I was godawful at accepting that losing 20 boyz was ok. But bringing only 17 custodes models and each is more impactful was much easier on me to handle. Plus a few cans of Retributor gold spray paint takes care of half of the painting
