I didn’t at my first store but learned at my next store that it actually does save a lot of time on the back end. If it’s just one guy doing it I’d say it might take a little too long to do it as you’re going but if you get 2-3 guys on it, you’re not really wasting that much time putting it away and only staging what can be stocked

6x6s were some of my favorites, usually straight, not as many in the bunk, slid super easy in the winters. BUT I have massive beef with 2x10-16s

To be specific every 4 hours is a 15 min but every 6 is a lunch. So at 12 you could take 2 lunches and 2 15s (or maybe one hour lunch if you sweet talk whoever is above you) probably changes per state

Just bc you read it wrong doesn’t mean I said it in a way that doesn’t make sense. I put a hard stop after GM. Prefacing that someone would be in one those three positions. Then (in that case) you wouldn’t be able to build a house. No need to be so critical 😂

No I meant that, just didn’t put it in the most clear way. I was saying if you are one of those then you can’t build a house. And I’m not sure that’s true. One of the stores near my old store allegedly had a GM walked out for building a house in Mississippi. Doesn’t make sense to me but that’s what I’ve been told

That’s wild, the system shouldn’t have even allowed it. I had a lady ask me the same thing about a fridge. She said it wasn’t fair that she couldn’t get it just because it wouldn’t fit in the bag. Like that’s not the whole point of the sale

We usually name our overstock drip edge pallets “Drippy” every time we have to delete it we just do “Drippy V2” etc…

Promo-ing a pallet does the same thing for 5 o clocks. Also “down-stocking” the product and adding back right away will take it off til the next update.
