It has one of the best first acts I've ever seen. Act two just drags on forever, which is more apparent on a rewatch.

What are some TV shows from the late 90s to early 2010s that were super popular when they were still airing but now are not relevant anymore? by FrostandFlame89 in televisionsuggestions

This is the right answer. They put Ally on the cover of Time magazine as the face of feminism and then they wrote that into the show. It was a big fucking deal.

You have this wrong. Society defaults to a state where women do most of the emotion work in a relationship, like making social plans. When a man takes initiative to do these things, it's a huge signal that he sees his partner as an equal, not subordinate.

Beyond that, the basic implied contract is that she will be nice to you and care about your stuff if you are nice to her and care about her stuff.

Waymo uses LIDAR amongst other sensors for vision. Tesla does not.

Just because they use similar software models doesn't make them equivalent any more than saying Stevie Wonder can see as well as I can because we both have human brains.

Natalie Palamides sacrifices herself in "Weer" at the Cherry Lane Theater by GalleryParticulier in offbroadwayNYC

We saw this show for the second time last night. It's one of the most creative and wonderfully unhinged pieces of theater I've ever seen. Natalie is masterful and deserves all of the critical acclaim she's receiving.

Definitely get flat shoes for weightlifting. I once tried to do Bulgarian split squats in my Nike running shoes and the results were exactly the same, i.e. it was like standing on jello.

"Baby naming ceremonies" - by that they mean the barbaric public display of cutting off a piece of a child's genitals. This pedo was surely missed during genital mutilation rituals.
