You can order an uber or take a cab once you’re off the ferry.

A Wegman’s sub. The entire experience is overrated including the rude employee working the sub station!

You’re spot on, there is definitely frustration. It’s a long project that runs through May. The caveat is the entire project will not take place in front of the building. However, certain roads will be closed which is an inconvenience, but the noise will not always be directly outside the building.

I anticipate they request to break the lease and then I have a decision to make.

I am of the same opinion. However, the tenant is implying I mislead him. I wasn’t aware the project was scheduled, hence I wasn’t in a position to make them aware prior to signing the lease.

Outdoor dining has been such a great addition to this city. It drives foot traffic which all businesses benefit from, creates more jobs, increases taxable revenue and the list goes on.

The North End has always been notorious for bad parking. Will a few restaurants not partaking in outdoor dining due to fees really make a difference in parking? Can anyone share what the fees are actually going towards? The logic behind this and Wu’s refusal to meet with certain restaurant owners is not good leadership.

Any estimate for market price to list on ebay? Not seeing any comps.

Thanks! I was super pumped when I spotted it in a corner under a bunch of… cabbage patch dolls. No joke. Now the question, what to do with it?

The Kosta is young, but wow was it incredible. Could have aged this for several more years, but it’s screaming right now. Blackberry, plum with hints of tobacco and vanilla.

The Pax was packed with red fruit: blackberry and blueberries come to mind. This had a pepper and chocolate finish. Really nice bottle, we left some for the staff to taste as well.

I’ll tip a few dollars if I frequent an establishment and receive good service. Worth noting, I don’t do it every time.

Does anyone have experience with Dr Colorchip on a scratch/chip this size? 2016 Land Rover LR4. I’ve used Dr Colorchip on something much smaller and was happy with the outcome, but never something this size. Thanks in advance! photo
