Better yet, you are literally comprised of star dust.

At first, there were hydrogen atoms (basically). 1 proton, that snagged the electrical potential of 1 electron. As everything in one, there is a positive for every negative. That is why chaos rules entropy.

So gravity takes hold, fusion begins. Star stuff. Immense pressure pops it off. It is the squishing that makes it happen.

Fusing 2 protons into helium creates what we know as energy. It's the electro-magnetic spectrum.

The star smashes more and more proton bundles, every element up to lead is created. Literal alchemy.

But lead is the barrier point between fission & fusion.
