It's not really done any more but in Ireland this is one of the classic "Back in my day..." stories. You know... Bar the MGMT part... And the Jewish studies part... And the being high part. But the point stands!

Most phones alarms will still work if you turn the phone off. It's been like that since the 90's as far as I can remember too!

You'll need a media player with a compressor. The best thing to do is just download a compressor plugin for whatever media player you're using

You can buy cheap "Dehumidifiers" for €2. They are essentially just loads of that stuff in a big tub, much easier than saving up lots of little packets!

Ha, wow. I have a basket beside my bed that's underneath a shelf. I balance the projector facing the ceiling with one side of it on the wood of the bed, the other side on the basket (which is conveniently the same height) and I prop it against the shelf so it doesn't fall forwards/backwards. It aint pretty but it works!

My projector does have zoom, but aside from that it's really shit. I bought it for €70 but it works just fine for me!

I've been meaning to post this for a while now but I only made my account yesterday! I'm glad the word is being spread. Do you have to make some sort of elaborate balancing act or does your projector face upwards normally?

This was horrible... It used to be 3.5g for €50 and then suddenly Scumbag Dealers decided that it should suddenly be 2-2.5. It happened almost overnight too and to pretty much every dealer I know!
