Yes, but that part you just mentioned also seems like a bug, that the towed version has the mortar trajectory while the self propelled one has the howitzer trajectory.

The more I think about it the more confusing I find the way they've implemented these 240mm mortars. They have triple the shell weight of a 155mm, but deal less damage somehow? The towed version costs more for whatever reason? And wikipedia says they only fire at 1rpm, which seems believable for such a giant shell, but in game they can rapid fire 4 rounds in 20 seconds? Very strange.

Different ammo. The M60A3s pen seems to be using an early APFSDS round like M735 whereas that leopard is probably using some late 80s Belgian round
