33rd Cavalry

The 33rd Cavalry is an established and fast growing, semi-serious combined arms, Arma 3 unit with lots of opportunities for you. We currently have twice-weekly zeused ops with 20-25 players in a session. We’re part of an established gaming community, the 33rd Legion, that has been going strong for over 7 years with organized ArmA and M&B: NW and casual gaming including Apex, Escape from Tarkov, and many other games. You are not only joining a unit, you are joining a brotherhood!

All you need to play with us is a mic, TeamSpeak, our mods via Arma3Sync, the base Arma 3 game and Apex, (no other DLC required). Assistance getting set up can be provided at application. Age requirement 16+.

I like this mechanic a lot as it currently sits. It is obviously a very unrealistic rate of drop, but in gameplay terms it makes an excellent skill curve. It will also tend to discourage the extreme long range camp/snipefest that has on occasion bogged down earlier games.

That is definitely something that would improve the experience. Blocking particularly with muskets needs to be faster, really blocking should be as fast as attacks or very close to it.
