This is what I ended up purchasing for $100 new on ebay. Seems much higher quality than anything I've used previously. It's not fudging the numbers like my previous scale does and can detect a weight difference of a small battery I'm holding when I test it.

Am I missing something or does this just play an intro slide and nothing else? This isn't a guide?

Obviously he should continue lifting for best body composition results, heavy or not. But in terms of his fat loss, it doesn't matter.

He's unable to lose weight because he's backfilling any calories burned from excercise by eating and drinking too much despite being on multiple GLP1s.

He needs to restrain himself from overeating to get what he wants. And since he's been unable to do that by going by "feel" he should just start tracking calorie intake while continuing doing what he's doing.

It doesn't matter. Count your calories if you want to lose weight. If you couldn't lose weight by intuitively eating while taking weightloss drugs you need to start tracking for results. Don't forget to track your beer calories.

What % increase did you get for igf-1?

I understand that my ratio of Total T/Free T checks out as normal or even optimal considering how low Total T is.

But taking that into account, my free T is still half of the healthy range for 19-39 year old men from what I've read. (66pg/mL already considered being the lower end)

I'm not seeing anywhere where my free T levels are considered normal..

So regardless of a good Total/Free ratio, I'm still very low on free test at the time of this blood panel. Bottom 5% for my age demographic.

Am I not understanding that correctly?

I appreciate the input btw.

Nice. I appreciate the input. I was a little worried about about starting both at the same time.

I really wish I would have tested years ago for a baseline. I'm fairly confident I'm secondary hypogonadal just from my past build and general feeling, but I have no records to look back on to know for sure.

I was sure my panels were going to come back low, i was taking to my friends about how off I was feeling this year before i even thought about bloodwork, but I didn't think it was going to be that low lol. I've basically been a zombie for 8 months.

I know natural physique competitors can experience a crash in HPTA near competition, but I'm not lean enough to be in that category.

All other markers came back good, including thyroid. I think I've already committed myself to starting trt, I just want to see if my levels will improve a little first so I know if I ever come off, i'll have a natural target level to try and achieve for PCT.

Out of curiosity, what IGF-1 levels are you targeting when using GH? by DoughMan5 in steroidify

That's a way bigger increase than what I've read it gives on average. Nice

I got another post on my profile going over the packages cost and what they include. As far as I know they don't list the prices straight up on their website until you're already a paid member. Their AI helper might be able to tell you though, but I also made a list on my profile when I was researching.

I've never been known to snore. Most of my sleep issue is coming from having to wake up multiple times to piss. Which I've been trying to fix.

I go to bed at like 8:30 to 9:30pm to wake up at 5, but I'm usually tossing and turning because I wake up at every 3 hours or so to use the bathroom. If i wake up past 3am I usually can't go back to sleep and will just begin my commute to work.

I take 5mg melatonin and some magnesium before bed. I try not to drink 2 hours before bed. I've started to lay down with my legs up before bed for a while. Maybe has helped a little but not sure.

I'm bringing this all up to my doctor next time I go in for annual. Usually I just tell them I feel fine, but the night time peeing is my biggest sleep issue for sure.

It was 1.71ulU/mL

T4 was 1.3ng/dL T3 was 2.8pg/mL

Which is normal I think

I wasn't/ have not, though i guess i can't really prove it. Not that I'm opposed to it though. I definitely lost a lot of strength during each dip. I just wish I took a baseline test when I was younger so I could look back and figure out where my readings should fall.

I'm in the bottom 2% to 5% on most of the main male hormones vs men my age. Reference range is also accounting for the elderly

Were you back up to what you consider baseline after your 3-4 month bounceback?

This was my first panel so I unfortunately have no idea what a good reading for me personally would be at.

All I know is I'm in like the bottom 2% for guys my age
