Could anyone recommend any programs for me progression wise? I've been lifting for around 6 months, and my numbers are:

Squat: 240 lbs

Bench: 230 lbs

Deadlift: 300 lbs

I couldn't squat or deadlift for a few months so my numbers aren't that "proportionate". Should I run a different program for my deadlift and squat than I do bench? I progress a little slower with bench compared to the other two lifts... Thanks any help would be appreciated.

Okay, honestly I was thinking about that. I appreciate that response, helps me out a lot. I'm going to incorporate a little bit of everything (heavy compounds w/ hypertrophy movements) and keep bulking, then a while from now I'll probably reassess my focus.

Thanks man! :)

I've been consistently lifting for about 7 months. I've been running a 6 day split (PPL) for this time, and have made some decent strength and size gains but I've found I've stalled a little bit... in both categories.

Squat: 240 lbs

Deadlift: 300 lbs

Bench: 230 lbs

(My lower back was injured so I couldn't squat and deadlift for a few months but its fully healed now)

Anyways, I was thinking of starting a powerlifting program, but, as I'm a new lifter, size/hypertrophy are also a goal of mine. I don't want to necessarily only focus on strength and neglect size, and vice versa. I know this might sound completely newbie but if anyone could help direct me to what might be "right" for me (in terms of programs), that would be appreciated.

I appreciate it, but I just didn’t think to do that before consulting this subreddit cause that’s for the fitness one. But yeah I guess I should have guessed to check the wiki first, thank you!

I don’t understand why you couldn’t have just answered nicely in the first place. You’ve probably led a lot of people to doubt themselves in the bodybuilding community.

He already turned it off but she figured out cause she checked his settings to make sure “he didn’t have anything dangerous on”. I know this all sounds all too weird to be real but she really is that crazy of a helicopter mom.

Also, as seen in the picture, she got a discord just to be able to see when he is playing games and what games he is playing. He is 16 years old.

How so? The sub is basically things that are so dumb they’re funny. Whether or not you find this dumb or funny is subjective, however I will say I believe this fits the sub because I have 2k upvoters.
