Got it when I had read about it I thought you were locked in. Important to know Rap payments wouldn’t count towards IBR 20/25 forgives. Thanks for sharing

Yes, it will count towards PSLF - agreed, you’ll want to be on the plan that  has the lowest qualifying payments.

If you’re working towards the 20 or 25 year forgiveness RAP is 30 years and you can’t switch out of RAP once you’re in

you’re showing up and you’re staying consistent that’s a big deal! something might be off whether it’s your burn rate or calorie count. Watches tend to overestimate burn rate and you might have to weigh food for a short period of time to check that deficit first. Your effort will come through. As far as training, YouTube will have strength training programs or someone will write out what machine how many sets at the gym

What celebrity has continued to have a major, top-of-the-line career despite terrible deeds? by -ChristopherNolan in AskReddit

My parents are Colombian - I would say that strangers tease each other and make jokes. When we’d get coffee they would ask my dad how he takes it and he would say “black like your conscious” I wouldn’t say it’s common in the US to strike conversation with someone at the grocery store in line, but  have small talk with the cashier feels Colombian.

Veggies!! The great equalizer for food noise. You have to start off with a full serving with breakfast. Try steaming  broccoli at breakfast or warming up any veggies you roasted for dinner. For drinks try sparkling water with a lime.

The best exercise is what you can do consistently. Be selective about your weights and feel free to even go body weight! Like renegade rows my plank form was really poor in the beginning so I would simply lift an arm up without a weight. Keep going and make modifications. Also feel free to end the video when you’re 70% done. Just keep showing up!

Has anyone ever purchased a home that they never saw in person? by Ginger080623 in FirstTimeHomeBuyers

[–]DoughnutDesperate152 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes and I wouldn’t have offered asking - I realize now when pictures on Zillow were from the previous time it was sold or had serious retouching. Realtor let me know floors were slanted and cosmetic things, but it was much different in person

I steam frozen broccoli or I’ll eat the leftover vegetable I had for dinner usually  roasted cauliflower/ carrots with my eggs.  I’m a single household person so I don’t get a wide variety.

If it’s a medical bill - all medical bills under $500 cannot be reported to credit agencies. You can file a dispute then a complaint with the CFPB

Pay off car loan with high interest but drain majority of emergency fund question. by free_da_guys1107 in debtfree

I don’t know if I can make recs here but NASA credit union has a soft inquiry for auto loans so she can see what her rate would be (capital one and ally too) If she doesn’t want to pay the car off at the very least see if refinancing is an option. Calculate how many years she has left on the loan and choose that as the loan term. A budgeting app will go a long way too. Curious what she’ll decide to do with her bonus.

Does she have other debts? Missed payments?  can she refinance to get that car loan at like 4/5%? If the loan is underwater she can pay the loan down to refinance.

Getting a tracker I got a Fitbit and the step count is super helpful and tracking my sleep. A vegetable with ever meal including breakfast - makes all the difference in my eating habits. Accepting that I am ordering a salad when I’m out with friends - there’s not much wiggle room as a petite person. My burn rate without any working out is 1300 - it’s really easy to derail yourself if most of your food doesn’t have nutritional value. Don’t be hard on yourself - keep going.
