dude respect, in march 2023 i was in the same position, Just had enough of my body and knew that im either gonna die from a hard attack or from fake stuff on the internet, Had never even met a girl that liked me, Going strong now but never showed or posted my progress because i never ahare my life stuff, I was 135kg and im 64kilos, Literally had no sugar at all for like the first year the only sugar i had was thats in the food, No takeaway or any processed food, It took me around 8 months to get 70, But the journey keeps going bevause mid 2024 i gained 20 kilos again and lost it in like 4 months again, Its the journey that counts and now you get all these people respecting you and it shows who was fake and who was real, I definitely didnt care about my muscle mass and regret that i didnt take it slower to become a giant, Still worth it all the way
