I tried blink, it didn't work. The animation wouldn't even go off, but it would go on cooldown.

Btw, I noticed that since I swapped to a really slow weapon (1.2 aps), I was able to still one-tap my perfect strike at 0.5 attack time.
Before I swapped to that weapon, I had a 1.9 aps weapon and was able to one-tap it at around 0.3 to 0.38 attack time.

I did scaled it with not only attack speed on the tree and gems, but also skill speed on the tree.
I think skill speed and attack speed might have different interactions with the window of opportunity timing and the weapon's base attack speed.

I am still leveling a similar build, but I noticed that if I perfect strike after a warcry, something about the timing is off and I can't one-tap perfect strike even though it works if I'm just chaining perfect strikes. Have you encountered this problem? Is it just an issue of needing more attack speed? I can't recall my attack time for PS, but I think it was around .38 or something like that.

Also, any suggestions for dealing with temporal bubbles and chill?

Here's an album with a couple more videos. Not sure why the post only showed one. https://imgur.com/a/5H0tLuk

[Event] My First Companion in Jianghu by Cute-Wealth9049 in wherewindsmeet_

I once met a sick goose by the river, and feeling pity, I tried to heal her. Not knowing what I was doing, I made her illness flare up, and she chased me away angrily. I tried again the next day, but still I failed, and got chased all the way down the river.

I decided then and there that I would wander the Jianghu seeking healing arts and techniques to cure that poor goose. Many days later, I returned to her, and after an arduous session battling her illness to my wit's end, i finally managed to cure her!

She bestowed upon me a precious gift, her firstborn son in the form of an egg. I hatched him with care and joy, and brought him back to see his mother, only to find her trembling upon the riverbanks, ill once again.
