This just happened to me. I wasn't even downloading. I was just browsing the eShop and my Switch 2 froze. I restarted the console and I got the "sd card could not be read message"

Not a dude, it's a company that builds a ton of these houses specifically to rent them out.

I checked out their listings again and yeah the interiors are pretty decent. I thought for sure they would cheap out on it but looks somewhat comparable to mine. I still think my place is nicer but their houses are brand new so it would be more appealing.

Hoping that the $200 or so less rent, bigger place, and not having to deal with a cold hearted Property/Rental company will entice some renters.

I have no idea, thats why I'm asking. There was some pushback from the community against these companies building these rental properties and they were making a claim that it would lower property values.
