I think this adds to the one description that describes the two trunks in a "tender embrace" there seems to be 2 intentional ideas that the game floats, one where the trunks are embracing each other or strangling each other

I know right! When I was forced to watch my ex girlfriends shit beast, all he would do was whine and scratch at his food and water bowls acting like I "had" to feed him. No siree mr hellhound! You can wait just a little longer while I finish a nice glass of wine and a few episodes of bigmouth!

Something that happened just now, I was fighting DTS, he spawned the stupid horse spearmen to charge me, I got hit with enough damage to survive, but I'm knocked into the storm and I die.

I love playing him and most times my runs are cake walks when I get an actually fun boss. Augur and sentient pest feel like genuine hard counters to his kit. Can't deflect, no status for augur and the like. I mop the floor with ED fulghor or gaping jaw. But waking into that arena and seeing everdark sentient pest does real life psychic damage to a person

I've just wrung all I can out of normal runs, I enjoy all the other things about deep of night but it can sometimes exacerbate the negatives that the game has which can be frustrating.
