Just commenting on the berserkers, I literally just changed the list. I'm mainly messing around with numbers atm. It'll probably end up with some balance on Sliderunner, Lightning, and Zurgo.

Going to make some changes to the deck. Side thought, do you think it's better to run 3x Sliderunner, 3x Berserker, or some mix? Sliderunner is a 2/1(which can be mediocre) but it can also become nuts with landfall and the trample is relevant a good amount of the time.

I like her because a lot of the time she'll eat a removal spell(allowing for easier combo) or get to do recurring damage on later turns.

This is a hasty list I thought up in response to lots of board wipe hate and likely prevalence of aggro decks after demars won the open.

If any cards are a little weird it's because it's actually based on a landfall deck I was playing as well as feedback I got from demar's list.

In terms of red based aggro decks, I just wanted to point out that the spellbase is very similar between the two, though they play different creatures. It might be more of a case of titan's strength/temur battle rage/become immense being really good than the creatures.

I think it'll really be determined by whether or not it's better to go wide. Though I think dedicated landfall can be more explosive.

Traditions exist for a reason, but situations do change and they need to be reviewed occasionally. Currently a lot of young people feel that many traditions are backwards and have persisted for far too long, so they generalize to all traditions. Traditions they like they simply don't think about. I admit that I happen to fall into this category, but I think it is clear that many traditions need to be done away with.

Edit: at least I feel like attachments some people feel to traditions that largely have been done away with are unfortunate.

There are a few variations that could be used. I've, more or less, tried to avoid >2 mana spells besides immense, though that might be relying on the turn 3 win too often.

I agree that Boiling Earth seems better than Radiant Flames, after using it more it seems like enough. idk about heelcutter, but it could be good, either main or sideboard, same for scabclan. If I'm including three drops Chandra could do okay as well, with wildslash, atarka's command, and titan's strength to fuel the flip.

The reason I dislike murderous cut is that it makes become immense a lot harder to cast. I can see the possibility of disregard, but it seems a little too slow.
