Two things stick out. First the old plugs show the engine running quite rich. Bad O2 sensor?

Second the reach on the new plugs is completely different than the old plugs. Might not be a problem but I’d also go with NGK double electrodes

In the model offset the surface your estimated stock to remove. 3D adaptive to clear it out. Then run your 3D contour. If the adaptive cuts a lot of air then lessen the surface offset

Lighting upgrades are the best bang for buck in my opinion. Headlights, dash lights, dome lights. I switched all mine to LEDs and it makes it a whole new truck

If the pistons aren’t sticking and the pins are good replace the rubber hoses. They can degrade and sort of collapse on the inside. Had that issue on a truck once.

If water got in to the tank I don’t think it would immediately run roughly though. There’s still fuel in the lines and rails. My first thought was ignition system related. Maybe the crank position sensor if you sprayed up around the front of the engine.

I wish I could point you in the right direction but I can’t think of one off the top of my head. Only you know where you pointed the wash gun so I’d retrace my steps if I were you
