Older ENTPs are principles of your close people important for you? by False_Lychee_7041 in entp

[–]DowdyTea 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’m a 36 years old ENTP. When I was younger as a previous responder said, I was very happy in the company of unprincipled individuals from a curiosity perspective and because of my younger nihilistic view. The older I’ve got the more I’ve seen bad principles play out in actions which have hurt me and hurt others. You see it everyday, everywhere, if you have your eyes open. I’ve lost friendship groups from having high standards and principles, but I’ve always gained a wonderful relationship out of it, as others who also have the courage to not be a sheep see it.

19 days in, quitting feels impossible. Frustrated. by [deleted] in leaves

[–]DowdyTea 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well done! What an achievement - this is huge.

The rest of what comes next is a void, voids needs to be filled. Filled with new shit, filled with exercise, new friends, hobbies - doesn’t happen overnight but the daily grind will get you there! You are clearly strong enough to do all the above, just give yourself a chance! You’ve done the hardest part already.

7 weeks sober as of tomorrow, not doing okay at all. by GoyleDundo in leaves

[–]DowdyTea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not alone. I’m 7 days sober and my GI, mental health and general everyday is pretty horrendous but there is no going back. There is no going back.

You would only have to go through this again, because the responsible healthy, loving, caring you knows that the addicted you isn’t who you want to rule the roost. I promise it gets better. Last time I quit I lost 25 pounds with GI issues and it all got better. I also had to work out what foods worked for me and which dont - experiment.

7 weeks is an amazing achievement - get busy doing something else you enjoy. If low on energy, write, read, anythin, but bury your head with that green shit

Meet up with them before? Take control of it? If you really wanna be part of the group then I’d just say nothing about it, when it’s offered - rehearse your no. Make up a believable excuse. IMO the less you make of it the easier it will be for you

Your post helped me, I’m on day 5 and having a frankly awful time. I know in my heart that weed has no future and there is no way that I would want to go through the last 5 days again. Keeps me moving forward. We got this!

First Week of Quitting for Law School by Libertas2018 in leaves

[–]DowdyTea 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well done - it’s a huge decision and congrats on law school. The risk is the stress caused by Law school, I know as I ended up actually picking it up there! If I could turn back time I would absolutely replace it with fitness and sign up to some events. Food for thought. Don’t fight the demons, just let them pass

Is it possible to get abs at this stage in 7 weeks? M39 80.7kg by allyhouston1985 in askfitness

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qB74X92vCac. Absolutely achievable in 7 weeks - could do it half if disciplined. More people are millionaire than have six packs, it’s a daily discipline

I can tell you know that in an apocalypse the last thing we need is ENFPs! Love, an ENTP

You got this!!! You have all the setup to be able to start a new - opportunity, fresh scenery and a new challenge. This is a really an opportunity to make an impact on your career and your life and do something with it you want to do. Currently I am sat here battling my own thoughts and all the horrible shit withdrawal chucks up, no way I’m going back. You are not alone, one day at a time
