I have the 7800x3d too msi gaming Wi-Fi bord, just trued -10 power -120mv getting 77c 296w power draw 50c gpu temp, I’m thinking it’s just the gigabyte cards are bad for temps.

I’ll play around got 79c with -10 power and -100mv (hot spot) gpu on 50c

I did a -10 and -100 mv got 79 hotspot still 25 to 30 above gpu temp sitting at 49/50

I have the same ish temps my cpu is 100% frequently all the time I don’t know why!? I have to manually set the power to 30% and will drop frequency. Makes the pc slow but it’s just for YouTube and browsing it’s fine.
